04

Written scope & fee

A proposal, or a direct decline if we’re not the right fit.

Common starting points

Not sure how to frame it?

Most inquiries fall into one of these. Pick the closest fit and write a few sentences, and we’ll take it from there.

Modern residence under evaluation

“I’m evaluating a property.”

Send the address, the asking price and what you’re trying to do with it. We’ll tell you whether a focused diligence engagement makes sense.

Crew working on an elevated rebar deck

“My project is already in motion.”

Tell us the stage, the team and what’s not working. Construa is often brought in to add structure, oversight or owner-side advocacy mid-project.

Reviewing documents at a desk

“I have a specific question.”

Cost reasonableness, change-order disputes, defect analysis, second opinions: short engagements are welcome and common.

What types of clients do you typically work with?

Owners, developers, investors and principals who need experienced project leadership, permitting coordination, construction oversight or advisory support in Florida.

Do clients work directly with Daniel?

Yes. Engagements are principal-led and built around direct communication, accountability and decision clarity.

Can you help before a project is fully defined?

Yes. Early-stage diligence, advisory and strategy support can clarify feasibility, exposure and the right path before major commitments are made.

Do you only work in Central Florida?

The firm is based in Orlando and supports projects across Florida depending on fit, scope and operating requirements. Active coverage includes Central Florida, Tampa Bay and South Florida.

Can you step into a project already in motion?

Yes. Often the value is highest when a project already exists but needs stronger structure, clearer oversight or a more disciplined path forward.

Do you replace the architect, engineer or contractor?

No. The role is to guide, coordinate, manage or represent the owner’s interests, depending on the engagement. Permitting and engineering support is coordinated through Apice Engineering & Architecture.
