Why Construa exists

The principal who underwrites the project delivers it.

Most projects fail at the seams. Between underwriting and execution. Between architect and contractor. Between owner and lender. Construa was built to operate in those seams, with one accountable principal across the project lifecycle.

Headquartered in Orlando and working across Florida, Construa serves property owners, family offices, developers, investors and out-of-state principals. When a project needs engineering or architecture, that work is coordinated with partner Apice Engineering & Architecture.

And when an engagement isn’t the right fit, we say so.

Why clients choose a principal-led model.

  • Direct conversation with the principal, not a gatekeeper loop.
  • Clear fit assessment before any time is wasted on either side.
  • Transparent reporting, documented decisions, no month-end surprises.
  • Engineering and design partners coordinated when a project requires them.
